This is the Limb Hacker Sniper Demo. Shoot the militiaman with a ridiculous ray gun; then shoot him again.
The mesh was not designed for this kit. It is taken from the Unity Mechanim demo; it was skinned and converted to a ragdoll using standard methods in Blender and Unity. After this, the “Hackable” component was added, the interior texture assigned to it and a script was added to call for a slice when the shot is fired. (It uses a raycast.) Limb Hacker does the rest at run time.
